RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Made-to-Order Policy

Because our products are made-to-order to ensure quality and sustainability, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or ordering errors. Please double-check all order details before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery by contacting our support team at lastingfrequency@gmail.com or calling (617) 520-4714.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged or defective item
  • Item must be in the same condition received (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging)
  • Provide receipt or proof of purchase
  • A 15% restocking fee will apply to all approved replacements, returns, and refunds

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • A-DRENALIN Vitamins & Supplements Brand products
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, vitamins, supplements, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care and beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

Due to our made-to-order model, we do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a separate order for a different item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be in the same condition received (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging), and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time.
